i must say i am not gay from the star of my wordy post... this news seriously affected my mood ....gerald to difficult for me to call so also know as "jia lat" i got to know him through a fishing forum... i meet up with him once and then from that day on we never stop contacting each other... not only are we fishing buddies we are good friends... he brought me to alot of new place and taught me alot about life and also fishing... he's not dead nor is he in any accident.. read on to know more... i have his pic he has mine... but one thing is that we never took any pic together....   we carry the same reel but different cranking.... his one is the lefty mine is the righty...  we once went fishing when it was raining and was chase by people.. what he did was point middle finger at them... fishing with him is not about getting fish but to chat and have fun...  once we had a maraton from 14 march 2008 early morning 1am we fish till next day 9am. his eyes was covering when i talk to him and his reaction slowed down by 20 seconds.. we had a double hook up on that very night and it was i think the happies moment we had together but we had more happy moments together..  we were that hard core that he jio me go fishing after school... my bag had nothing but lures, rod and reel...  we went sebaru hunting.. he will never fail to call me after a big rain ends and jio me go catch sebaru...  we went toman hunting... on this faithful day he hit the 8 pounder and i hit nothing and los a lure to a fish which i did not manage to land... getting a fish is not a big problem... without him my fishing life would not be this exciting... but what came next was we were chase by a ranger on a bike.. no second thoughs he straight away jump into the water and get out of the ranger sight and we venture into the forest... eventually we still gout caught but he talk and talk bomb and bomb... that was the time i ran the fastest... i will never forge that day...  we did many night fishing together.. sometimes getting nothing... but after the sessions ends.. he will bring me for prata... his fav is "telong banga" dunno right spelling or not.. too many to talk about him and me.... i dunno why i feel sad about it... HE IS LEAVING SOON TO STUDY OVERSEAS... FOR 5 YEARS HE WONT BE BACK.... AND WHO WILL I BE FISHING WITH I GOT NO IDEA... but ultimatelly i wan to wish him all the best in his studies and he will be leaving really soon... i dunno why but i feel that he is more than a best friend to me... i must say
