as per request by our dear friend roger i have update my blog.... btw..good things must wait de... keke ... schools fun.... i am adress as a host and i adress my teachers as host mentors and chef mentors..... culinary is fun... with the on going food poision case of indian rojak and chinese stem boat there is a need to set a higher standard to food hygine ......

btw people now dun eat with only their mouth... i am sure you guys out there eat with feelings and eyes.... is the place comfortable is it clean is the food well present is the service good is the food with a good flavour does it comes in nice appealing aroma and etc etc.... many many things steps in when it comes into food... ops ps.. too much talking...


i have been visiting manhattan fish market lately.... on the 5th of april and 12 of april... one at bishan one at bugis... i would say that the service at bugis is so much better maybe due to the big space they have compared to bishans... food is okie okie... is cause i need to use the voucher or i would not eat it again in one month... lol and she did all the drawing on both days....
