i have a friend, i dunno him well he dunno me well. but hey we have mutal undertanding. we care for each other poping some question to each other asking hows life and hows day. i think lifes good for him. he enjoys his life i enjoy my life. untill one day i see him in sorrows. dunno how to help and dunno what to do. ask him why all i can do is to listen to him talk and i could not give any comments but all i said was take care. till today we are still friend still the same old guy i know and same old thinking he has but i still could not find out why i couldnt help him...

If my vision did not fail me i saw someone's blog asking me to blog leh.... some more big big one leh.. see liaoz my reaction was like ZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzZ KEKE....

yesterday i skip morning lesson casue i cannt bear to let the cold weather off and gosh i miss the tips given from benny lim... and when i rush to school at 11 for the next lesson it only lasted for 30min... wth ....

then i went over to jie xin house to past some time b4 going 4 a interview at vittles.... time passed by playing cs...when i step out of jx house... gosh i have a serious head ace... went for interviwe the person say can start work today or not?? i say yes lorz... so change to their uniform and start working in the kitcen... it's fun man... i love working in the kitchen... there no 1 min i can stop working... whcih makes time fly... head ace still on... it was made worst when i started cleaning the place.. s need to bend down and stuff which made the head ace worst.. when i walk out to throw the mop water i also vomitted... knock off punch out... on my way walking out i puke as i walk jx say wah you so cool lorz can walk and puke... cannot take it so i took a cab home.. vomitted on the taxi in a plastic bag.. reach home then quickly bath and sleep... gosh when i bath i vomitted even more... untill my stomach empty still vomitting... B commented nothing about it sob sob... lucky i only vomitted after work... jx somemore see me no up!!!!

thankz chef catan for teaching us for the past 10weeks... if you all dunno who he is he is a executive chef at 4 seasons b4 he came shatec and now he is leaving us .... many things that he taught as we might not get the chance to learn too... he is someone that looks at everyone at a some degree... no matter who you are and where you come form he threats you the way he threats others... he will fight for the best for our every thing.. this include our results !!!! thank you for all your effort in teaching our class...

do what you want dish... here i got 3 ways of cooking up lemon sole, squid and tiger prawn... pic wasnt very well taken... everyone did a god job today. i see so many nice dish and they are sure tasty.

from the extrem end is fried prawn wrap in bread and with fried tapioca. next is mash squid, fish , and prawn with veg then boiled aerved with mushroom sauce but i over seasoned the mash ingridents!!!! next is sear fish, squid and prawn served with white wine thyme sauce.

gosh zaly fried a plate of fried rice for me love it thankz but the pepper really spice up my pallets!!! lol sorry to have thrown some away.

lol yesterday on the 28th... i was at my ah mah house... when i step in one of my cousin say ... kor kor later we are offing the lights cause it's earth day today... save the world okie... and he is like k2!!! lol interesting.... so at 8.30 we off the lights but the vital thing is that we did not off the fans and tv...lol... i never thought they will last through out the 1 hour... and at 9.30 one of my cousin jump and on the lights... we notice some people on the next block also off their lights but did not off tv cause got the blinking ligh.... and we also saw people playing with torch lights.....

the craze on strawberries??? how to make choco strawberries and most important to let is set in seconds????

first... freez your strawberries in the freezer and then take it out and coat with melted chocolate and quickly dip it into a cup if cold water... it is that easy... you bet!!!

oh.. not any strawberries okie.... must be korean straw berries... i higly recommend all my friends out there to grab the korea strawberries now.. it is in the season and they are sweet!!!! unlike auss or malaysia strawberries... and the smell so so much better... try it !!!!

today was the very faitful day that my jia lat is leaving.... waited for him at the air port... when he came ... i am to sad to talk about today... his gf nose were red okie... i hugged him before he went into the gates so did his family and girlfriend... i did not teared but after that i thought of hte happy memories we had and actually teared... duuno why but i think i am emotionally attach to him.... not gay okie.... sending han zen of that time was not even sad....

gerald to difficult for me to call so also know as "jia lat" i got to know him through a fishing forum... i meet up with him once and then from that day on we never stop contacting each other... not only are we fishing buddies we are good friends... he brought me to alot of new place and taught me alot about life and also fishing... he's not dead nor is he in any accident.. read on to know more...

we carry the same reel but different cranking.... his one is the lefty mine is the righty...

we once went fishing when it was raining and was chase by people.. what he did was point middle finger at them... fishing with him is not about getting fish but to chat and have fun...

once we had a maraton from 14 march 2008 early morning 1am we fish till next day 9am. his eyes was covering when i talk to him and his reaction slowed down by 20 seconds.. we had a double hook up on that very night and it was i think the happies moment we had together but we had more happy moments together..

we were that hard core that he jio me go fishing after school... my bag had nothing but lures, rod and reel...

we went sebaru hunting.. he will never fail to call me after a big rain ends and jio me go catch sebaru...

we went toman hunting... on this faithful day he hit the 8 pounder and i hit nothing and los a lure to a fish which i did not manage to land... getting a fish is not a big problem... without him my fishing life would not be this exciting... but what came next was we were chase by a ranger on a bike.. no second thoughs he straight away jump into the water and get out of the ranger sight and we venture into the forest... eventually we still gout caught but he talk and talk bomb and bomb... that was the time i ran the fastest... i will never forge that day...

we did many night fishing together.. sometimes getting nothing... but after the sessions ends.. he will bring me for prata... his fav is "telong banga" dunno right spelling or not.. too many to talk about him and me.... i dunno why i feel sad about it...

HE IS LEAVING SOON TO STUDY OVERSEAS... FOR 5 YEARS HE WONT BE BACK.... AND WHO WILL I BE FISHING WITH I GOT NO IDEA... but ultimatelly i wan to wish him all the best in his studies and he will be leaving really soon... i dunno why but i feel that he is more than a best friend to me...

wah!!!! early morning i woke up to go daddy's kelong to get fresh mussles for tonight dinner..... and i will be preparing them... beer mussles and bake mussles....

the way of harvesting the mussles is by lowering the board into the water and bring in the whole string of mussles then bring it up and clear all the barnicles and dirt away ....

after washing and cleaning.... clean mussles for dinner...

OFF DAY!!!

lol.. today worked as usual.... lunch use to be packet and brought back to office and eat with my work mates.. but today anne celesta and sam came and have luch with me and some ppl was late.... cel, anne, sam, mattew, nicolette, thomas and germain.. were going for movies and after movies they went to get their hair dye... knn after dye come back let me see make me so envy... but they came and made my time past faster...

lol.. my first post... anyway not first time... dunno why i set up a blog..

The craze of getting your hair coloured has been on.. was tempt by stupid sheng yao to dye my hair... so i went to dye...

The first colour is ash white... so i went to the shop and get my hair coloured with kai xun and bih horng.. first was bleaching my hair to gold colour which was very painful as it bite into my scalp.. after which the ash colour is one... out come knn.. ash blue cum purple.... next day bath and wash become ash..... slowly become white blonde sianz... my mum nag like crazy and so did my grand mother.. god knows what kiddy palace ask me to start work early and i have to dye my hair back.... $80 gone

so on my first off day which is today went out with anne to get colour and go her house and dye.. colour came out to be super red... went home mummy SAY SURE CANNOT GO WORK ONE so dye to dark brown for me.. i miss my white hair...!!!!
